Civil Engineering Students went Industrial Visit to Bangaluru International Airport on 4th feb 2011 and enjoyed as well. We had specially arranged a ultra delux sleeper class bus from Tiruvannamalai to Hosur. From hosur, we were shifted to an another bus which was from Karnataka and we arrived Devanahilli spot. In the morning session, Technical staffs of Cargo terminal had explained us about how cargos are imported and exported in cargo terminal. They were also explained about the work procedure of machineries. In the noon shift, we had spent our time joyfully outsite the runway open space. At 3pm, we were taken into office where a senior officer explained us about civil engineering matter of Bangaluru Internation Airport. Finally we returned back to our bus. In the way, we went shopping for nearly 2hours. That was unforgattable moments. Hope, we will have a jorney again like this.
